At StreetSilence, every piece is handmade and made-to-order, which means returns work a little differently. Please read the steps below carefully before initiating a return or refund request.

 


 

 

Step 1: Order Cancellation

 

 

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

  • After this period, cancellations are no longer possible due to our made-to-order production process.

 

 


 

 

Step 2: Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

 

  • If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Send an email to returns@streetsilencee.com with:

     

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos of the issue

     

  • We will review your case and respond with next steps.

 

 


 

 

Step 3: Return Authorization

 

 

  • All returns require approval before being sent back.

  • We will provide you with a Return Form that must be completed and included in your return package.

  • Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

 

 


 

 

Step 4: Return Shipping

 

 

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our side (e.g., wrong or defective item).

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method for your protection.

 

 


 

 

Step 5: Resolution Options

 


After receiving and inspecting your return, we will:

 

  • First attempt to repair or replace the item, depending on availability.

  • If a replacement is not possible, we will offer you a refund or store credit, based on your preference.

 

 


 

 

Important Notes

 

 

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, the standard right of return does not apply under EU consumer law.

  • Returns that do not meet the conditions above will not be processed.
