 Terms of Use – Plate Covers

1.⁠ ⁠Use and Retention
The customer agrees to keep the plate cover attached to the supplied frame at all times. Removal or improper handling may result in deformation or damage to the logo. StreetSilence shall not be held liable for any logo distortion or damage caused by failure to comply with this requirement.

2.⁠ ⁠Handling and Care
The plate cover must be treated with reasonable care. Excessive stretching, pulling, or other mechanical stress that causes the logo to stretch, distort, or otherwise become damaged is strictly prohibited. The customer assumes full responsibility for any damage arising from improper use or handling.

3.⁠ ⁠Cleaning and Maintenance
The plate cover must be cleaned only with cold water. The use of hot water, abrasive cleaning agents, or harsh chemicals is prohibited and may void any applicable warranty. StreetSilence disclaims liability for damage resulting from improper cleaning or maintenance.

4.⁠ ⁠Intended Use and Liability
The plate covers are intended solely for photographic and display purposes. StreetSilence explicitly disclaims any responsibility or liability for any unlawful, improper, or unauthorized use of the plate covers by the customer or any third party. We do not support or endorse any criminal activities or misuse of our products. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the plate covers complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including those under Dutch jurisdiction.

5.⁠ ⁠Warranty Disclaimer
StreetSilence provides a limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 14 days from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, mishandling, neglect, improper cleaning, failure to follow care instructions, or unlawful use.

6.⁠ ⁠Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, StreetSilence’s liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. StreetSilence shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the plate cover.

7.⁠ ⁠Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted exclusively to the competent courts of the Netherlands.

8.⁠ ⁠Acceptance of Terms
By using the plate cover, the customer acknowledges and agrees to comply with these Terms of Service and the care instructions provided. Failure to comply may result in voiding of any warranties and release of StreetSilence from any liability.
